1] Check your internet connection
The inability to sign into your account could mean your internet connection is facing problems, so that’s something we’ll need to look at. If this does not help you, you might want to clear your disk storage cache, change your MAC address, delete and reinstall your Profile or even consider resetting your Xbox One.
